The edge is no longer a concept, it is a reality. Companies like Niantic, the creators of Pokemon GO, are leveraging the power of edge computing to bring new experiences to life and changing user expectations for application performance.

Join us for this exclusive event to see how your application can benefit from edge computing. Experts from leading edge computing companies like MobiledgeX, Facebook, and Intel will guide participants through the available infrastructure and are sponsoring prizes for winning teams.

In this Hackathon you will...

Work with the SDK/APIs to deploy on edge
Get your app deployed on test cloudlets and real commercial cloudlets
Contribute towards enhancement of SDK and API to meet your need and add new functionality

Each team will be provided a Samsung Galaxy S10 handset for development during the event to conduct their hack for the judges. Teams can consist of 1-3 developers, and can be formed ahead of time or at the beginning of the event. (Please make sure every participant RSVP).
